Through our online meetings, online chats and company emails, we keep everyone updated on current events and activities across all departments. Is it hard to track Productivity?
Well, the answer is “Yes” and “No”.
“Yes”, because since I don’t physically see the staff while they work from their homes, it presents a challenge to know exactly if they are taking longer breaks than necessary, or if they are working the scheduled 8-hour days of work.
“No”, because attendance and productivity trackers are updated with their output.
Most importantly, there have not been any escalated concerns or complaints of unsatisfactory performance of our staff from our clients. This proves that our workforce continue to exude our company’s Core Value of Virtue or integrity.
