MCVO HR and Accounting Team Lead Goes to Cebu-Bohol for a Meet-and-Greet!

MCVO Talent Outsourcing Services organized a trip to Cebu and Bohol as part of our initiative to promote employee engagement and strengthen team bonds. The trip, which included a mix of team-lunch out and a bit of cultural experiences, provided a unique opportunity for our team members to connect outside of the office environment.
“First, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the rest of the team for allowing me to be part of this activity.
It was a nice experience to meet and bond with some of my team members in person. Spending time outside of work enhanced our camaraderie and allowed us to get to know each other better. This experience has also improved our virtual communication. The team truly appreciates MCVO for organizing this event and showcasing the beautiful places in their town made them even prouder of their area.
