About the job Mid-Level / Senior Reporting Specialist
Job Description: The ideal Reporting Specialist will have expert level Excel skills that focus on data. The
current assignment is focused solely on raw data, we may have additional projects involving visual representation in the
future.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Creates reports using Excel from multiple data sources
Current reports generated are data only, however this will progress to data visualization using charts and other
graphics
Maintain and develop accurate reporting templates and dashboards.
Works on administrative projects as directed
May assist with general admin support
Fluency in English writing and speaking are required.
Key Qualifications:
4+ years of relatable experience
Advanced level Excel skills including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables
Intermediate level (or higher) of converting to charts, graphs and other visual methods
Knowledge of efficiency in consolidating data into accurate reports
Basic QuickBooks Online (QBO) a nice to have
Tech savvy, able to learn new applications
Strong attention to detail
