About the job Sales Development Representative

As a Telemarketer/Outbound Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of Clients go-to-market (GTM) team. This role is responsible for generating top-of-funnel leads through outbound prospecting. Working closely with the Demand Generation team, the SDR will primarily leverage cold calling to build a robust pipeline of quality leads across multiple industries.

The role is designed as an entry point, with the expectation of progressing to SDR Level 2 upon meeting performance criteria, typically within 4-8 months.

What You’ll Do

Primary Responsibilities:

  • High-volume cold calling for data validation and event invitations
  • Managing email inboxes and outreach
  • Learning sales tools, CRM, and platforms
  • Gaining a basic understanding of the industry
  • General sales trainingExpectations & Progression:
  • Serves as a probationary period to determine fit
  • Expected to advance to SDR Level 2 within 4-8 months upon meeting criteria

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivatedpersistence, resilience, and a lot of grit
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM/HubSpot (preferred but not required)
  • Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • 1-3 years of demonstrated success as a Telemarketer / Sales Development Rep
  • Good English speaker and phone voice with minimal accent 9.0 of 10
  • Strong written English skills
  • Good computer skills to master CRM, experience with HubSpot a plus
  • Experience with Phoneburner and/or Orum is a plus
  • Microsoft Teams experience is a plus

  • Stamina able to maintain enthusiasm for outbound calls 8 hours/day
  • Coachable able to implement coaching tips in order to improve performance
  • Reliable, and willing to work night shift in Philippines
