Senior Bookkeeper

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Supports many facets of accounting and related tasks including clerical tasks such as accounts payables, accounts receivables, invoicing, cash posting and basic bookkeeping for 20-50 clients.

  • Reconciles bank statements and credit card statements

  • Prepares monthly financial statements, including income statements and updating balance sheets

  • May provide payroll support

  • Prepares monthly sales tax reports

  • Assists with general admin support

  • Resolve problems and challenges

  • Communicate with client and technical staff and escalate outstanding issues when required.

  • Identify issues that cannot be resolved remotely in a quick and efficient manner.

  • Fluency in English writing and speaking are required.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of Bookkeeping experience

  • Intermediate QuickBooks Desktop or QBO, and Xero. The firm is moving towards Xero.

  • Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Reliable


Shift / Hours:

Monday Friday in one single shift, 3:00 PM PHT 12:00 AM in PHT.
