Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Supports many facets of accounting and related tasks including clerical tasks such as data entry, accounts payables, accounts receivables, invoicing, cash posting and basic bookkeeping.

Reconciles bank statements and credit card statements

Prepares monthly financial statements, including income statements and updating balance sheets

Processes payroll most clients have 1-3 employees
-
Prepares monthly sales tax reports

May assist with general admin support

Handles accounting related projects
-
Fluency in English writing and speaking are required.
Key Qualifications:

6-10 years of Bookkeeping experience

Intermediate QuickBooks (QBO + Desktop)

Experience with QB Payroll required

Experience with Sage is a plus as the largest client has 5 sets of books in Sage

Intermediate Excel and Google Sheets

Strong attention to detail

Shift / Hours:
Monday Friday in one single shift, 2:00 AM CST 11:00 AM CST and 1:00 AM CST 10:00 AM CST outside of DST. Note this is +13 or +14 Philippine time, which will be 3:00 PM PHT 12:00 AM in PHT.
